FAQ

Questions about StockFlow.

Questions we get back from almost every intake.

Does this integration work with Shopify, Magento and WooCommerce?

Yes. We have connected StockFlow to all three. The middleware approach works for any platform with a good API, the data mapping differs slightly per platform, but the architecture is identical.

How fast is "real-time"?

Under normal load, within 5–15 seconds between a mutation in StockFlow and visibility on the shop. Under peak load this can rise to 30 seconds due to queue throttling, never longer.

What happens if StockFlow is temporarily unreachable?

Our middleware buffers mutations in a dead-letter queue. As soon as StockFlow is up again, they are processed in order. Nothing is lost. On prolonged outage you get an alert.

Can I set a buffer per branch?

Yes. Many clients keep 1–2 "showroom buffer" units hidden online so the last physical stock is not accidentally sold twice. Configurable per SKU or per category.

Is there SLA maintenance?

Yes. For €500/month you get monitoring, a monthly health check, and a P1 response within 1 working hour. Not mandatory but recommended for production environments.

What if I want a different inventory system later?

Our middleware layer is platform-agnostic. Switching from StockFlow to e.g. Business Central is a new field mapping, not a full rebuild. The webshop side stays the same.

Other ERP integrations

Not StockFlow? No problem.

The same approach works for most systems. Choose below what you use.

Good to know
01

The challenge of manual stock management

Running an online store often means juggling multiple systems. You might be updating product information in one system, managing orders in another, and tracking stock levels manually in a spreadsheet. This fragmented approach frequently leads to inconsistencies: a product shown as in stock online is actually sold out, or a customer order isn't processed quickly because it needs to be manually entered into your ERP. These discrepancies not only frustrate customers but also consume valuable time that could be spent on growth and strategy. For businesses operating from Ede and across the Netherlands, finding a unified solution is key to efficiency.

02

Why a StockFlow webshop integration is essential

A StockFlow webshop integration solves these common challenges by creating a direct link between your webshop and your StockFlow system. This integration ensures that all critical data, stock levels, product details, pricing, and customer orders, is automatically synchronized. When a product is sold online, StockFlow updates immediately. When new stock arrives, your webshop reflects it without manual intervention. This real-time synchronization minimizes errors, improves order fulfillment speed, and provides a consistent customer experience. It’s about automating repetitive tasks so your team can focus on what matters most: serving your customers and growing your business.

03

Our approach to StockFlow integration

We begin with a detailed analysis of your current business processes and existing systems. This includes understanding your specific webshop platform (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify) and how you currently manage inventory and orders. Based on this, we design a custom integration solution that fits your unique needs. Our development team then implements the StockFlow webshop integration, configuring the connection points and ensuring data flows correctly between your webshop and StockFlow. We conduct thorough testing to verify accuracy and stability before going live. Post-launch, we provide support and maintenance to ensure your integration continues to run smoothly. Our goal is a robust, reliable connection that simplifies your daily operations. We've helped over 300 customers streamline their processes, and we are rated 5.0 stars by 56 customers on Google.

04

Benefits of a connected system

Implementing a StockFlow webshop integration brings several tangible benefits. You'll experience a significant reduction in manual data entry, freeing up staff time and reducing human error. Real-time stock updates prevent overselling and underselling, improving customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. Automated order processing means faster fulfillment times, leading to happier customers and fewer abandoned carts. Furthermore, consistent product information across all platforms enhances your professional image and builds trust. This efficiency translates into better operational control and a stronger foundation for scaling your business. Consider how a comprehensive ERP integration could transform your entire business workflow.

05

Custom solutions for your business

Every business has unique requirements, and a one-size-fits-all approach rarely works for ERP integrations. Whether you need a simple synchronization of stock levels or a more complex integration involving product variations, pricing rules, and customer-specific data, we build solutions tailored to your specific needs. We have experience with various webshop platforms and can adapt the StockFlow integration to fit your existing setup. For example, our work with Smeg Store Amsterdam included a StockFlow-koppeling alongside a WooCommerce theme redevelopment. We focus on creating a robust, scalable integration that grows with your business, ensuring that your online store and back-office systems work together seamlessly. We operate from Ede, serving SMBs across the Netherlands, providing accessible and reliable service.

Beyond StockFlow: Comprehensive ERP Integrations

While StockFlow integration is a powerful step towards efficiency, it's often part of a larger strategy for business automation. We offer a wide range of ERP integration services, connecting various systems to streamline your entire operational workflow. This could involve linking your webshop to other ERP systems, CRM platforms, or even specific industry software. For instance, we developed a maatwerk Cyclesoftware-koppeling for a client in the bicycle industry, demonstrating our ability to handle complex, niche integrations. Exploring your options for ERP integrations can unlock even greater efficiencies and provide a competitive edge in your market. We are always available by phone and online to discuss your specific needs.
